BRANDVOLTZ CREATES A BUZZ AT THE DEN!
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India: On Sunday, November 24, 2019, what otherwise was a typical lazy Bengaluru weekend day, people were bustling at The Den, Whitefield. The reason: Icon India Business Award 2019 award ceremony organized by Brandvoltz of Bengaluru. More than three hundred (300) people from all over India descended at the venue to celebrate the first season of the award. What an event it was!
The winners and their family started arriving from 9:30 a.m. and were greeted with beverages and snacks as they slowly started settling in. The registration started sharp at 10:30 a.m. followed by a brief interview of selected winners. Once the interviews were over, it was time for the celebrity guest to make her grand entrance. Ms. Chitrangada Singh, the Bollywood actress who is not only known for her breathtaking beauty but also for her acting prowess, arrived at 12:24 p.m. to grace the event.
After a short introductory speech by the Master of Ceremony (MC) Ms. Navyatha, the actual award distribution program started. One by one, the winner's name along with their organization's name (and category) were announced by the MC. It was wonderful to see the faces of the winners brimming with pride and confidence as they walked towards the stage to receive the awards from Ms. Chitrangada Singh. In all, there were sixty-three winners under seventeen different categories.
The actual award distribution was over by 1:30 p.m. This was followed by a post award distribution interview session. It was heartening to see the excitement amongst the interviewees, as they spoke about how they felt after winning the award and how much the award means to them.
The post award distribution interview was over by 2:00 p.m. The participants were then invited for a sumptuous buffet lunch. It was nice to see the wide spread and choices of food that were available. I, being a glutton, thoroughly enjoyed it. The lunch was over by 4:00 p.m. and the participants slowly started filing out to head back to their respective homes or hotels.
The TV media partner for the event was Zee Business News TV and the print media partner was the Business Connect magazine. Apart from these, Forbes India also covered the event. They will be publishing more about the event very shortly through their online channel. So, if you are excited to know more about the event keep a tab on their online edition.
It was amazing that Brandvoltz which is a very new event and celebrity management company, and is very much in its nascent stage, was actually able to hold it first mega event without any hiccups or issues. Everything went smoothly. I was very impressed by Brandvoltz's event management skills!
Post event, I was able to speak to Dr. Venkatnarayanan, the CEO of Brandvoltz regarding the company's future plans. Being the humble and down-to-earth person that he is, he credited the event's success to Team Brandvoltz and how he was proud of the team members. According to him, the next big event that Brandvoltz will be organizing would happen in Goa in the month of February 2020. Although, he was little evasive about the nitty-gritty details of the next event, I was successful in coaxing out one little bit of very juicy and important information. From what I gathered, Brandvoltz is planning something very huge and unique for the next event.
I am already really excited about it and looking forward to covering it as well. I can bet top dollars that it will truly be an overwhelming experience!
